Drop-a-Note is a self-supporting Short Messaging module that allows your website visitors to post messages without having to register first. Not linked to any 3rd party software, no 3rd party subscriptions, keys or APIs are required. All data are kept on the internet server of your own website. In other words: it is user-friendly, simple and effective.
Messages are displayed in a scrolling window. Unregistered visitors can published through an emailed activation link. Registered users can post without delay, i.e. they do not need to activate their post before it is published.
The limited trial edition will give a glimps for what the 'real' module can do. More features are available in the Premium Edition which can be downloaded from the project website. The Business Edition reveals the full potential of this extension and will amase you.
Compatible with PHP 7 and PHP 8.

How to install Joomla Drop-a-Note Extension
You can install Joomla Drop-a-Note Extension via Joomla Installer.
Follow the steps below:
- Download the Joomla Drop-a-Note Extension package from the official website.
- Login to your Joomla website's administrator dashboard.
- Go to the "Extensions" tab and select "Manage" from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the "Upload Package File" tab and select the Joomla Drop-a-Note Extension package that you downloaded.
- Click the "Upload & Install" button to install the extension.
- You will see a confirmation message when the installation is complete.
That's it! You can now use Joomla Drop-a-Note Extension on your Joomla website.
