With this component you can input numerical values with the help of CSV file and can show graphical representation of the input data in the site frontend.
The zip file contains the component, the sampleCSV file and installation manual.
Various parameters are provided in the admin section for configuring the display of graph in the front end:
- Title For Page: Specify the text to be displayed as the header of the page. HTML tags are allowed.
- Title For Graph: Specify the text to be displayed as the title for graph.
- Title For X-axis: Specify the text to be displayed as the title for X-axis.
- Title For Y-axis: Specify the text to be displayed as the title for Y-axis.
- Display Graph: Whether to enable or disable display of graph on front end. If enabled system should be connected to internet.
- Date Format: Specify the format for the date used in CSV.dd means date,mm means month,yyyy means year.
- No of Columns: Specify the Number of columns used in CSV excluding column describing date.
- Columns Names: Specify the Name of columns that should be shown in frontend. Names should be seperated by comma. They will be displayed in the order they are mentioned.
- Span Of Data: Specify the span of the data to be shown in frontend. Should be numeric value. Must me less than or equal to the total number of records.
- Width Of Graph in pixels: Specify the width of the graph. Should be numeric value.
- Height Of Graph in pixels: Specify the height of the graph. Should be numeric value.
- Position of the legend: Select the positon of the legend. Legend contains the column names.
- Enable Tooltip: If set to true, tooltips are shown when the user clicks on a data point.
- Show SmoothLine: If set to true, line angles will be smoothed.
- Select Point Size: Size of displayed points in pixels. Use zero to hide all points.
- Axis Font Size in pixels: Font size of the values on axis. Should be numeric value.
- Legend Font Size in pixels: Font size of the legend. Should be numeric value.
- Title Font Size in pixels: Font size of the graph. Should be numeric value.
How to install Joomla DW Graph Component Extension
You can install Joomla DW Graph Component Extension via Joomla Installer.
Follow the steps below:
- Download the Joomla DW Graph Component Extension package from the official website.
- Login to your Joomla website's administrator dashboard.
- Go to the "Extensions" tab and select "Manage" from the drop-down menu.
