Joomla KMFasTrans PRO Extension

KMFasTrans PRO is a Joomla! Multi-Language manager, giving the user an easy and fast content translation experience. Based on the concept of a "Translaton Set" (a set of Joomla Items that are translations of the same content) it will allow you to view at a glance wich content is translated, to what languages, if it is published and many more.

KMFasTrans PRO runs under the Joomla administrator and relies on the native multilingual feature of Joomla. It will not interfere with the Joomla normal displaying of content because it doesn't change the content at all. You can even uninstall KMFasTrans and everything will keep operating normally.

Key features of KMFasTrans PRO:

* Based on the concept of a "Translations Set".
Always keep all translations of the same content (articles, banners menu items, modules, ...) in the same place, ie a set of translations.
* One click preparation of the site for multilanguage.
The default Menu, Menu Item, Module and Root Content Category for language 'All' needed for a multilanguage site will be created at the click of a button.
* Translations Suggestions
Do not employ any time looking for the translation of a category or menu or anything else. If the translation exists KMFasTrans will select it automatically.
* Machine Translation
On the edit screen you can translate text using the Translation Service you have configured (Microsoft Bing Translator is currently supported). The text to be translated can range from the content of a single parameter to the entire text and can be translated into one or all languages at the same time.
* Special Translation Processes
Special translation processes are performed during the translation of contents from a source language into a target language. If, for example, you have in the text of an article in English the sequence {loadmoduleid xx}, when translating into Spanish, one of these processes will replace the value xx with the id of that module in Spanish. There are several default processes and you can create the ones you need.
* Inconsistencies detection
Don't waste your valuable time trying to find what is wrong in your multi-language site. The inconsistencies detection process will do it for you.
* Create or edit multiple languages at once
You can load the languages you want in the editing window and edit or create the ones you want and save only the modified ones with a single click.
* Synchronizing Associations
Do not worry about associations. What you see in your dashboard is what you have in Joomla. Synchronising associations process will assure that.
* Permissions management
Configure the back end to allow only the actions you want to the users you want.This will allow people with minimal knowledge of Joomla to work on the back end while avoiding possible undesirable actions.
* Front end article editing.
Let your translators make changes to articles in the Joomla frontend.

New features introduced in version 3.2.2

New structure of the Translation Management Dashboard.
- The structure of the window has been modified by eliminating the left side menu that was little used to have more space for language management. The links for selecting the source and target languages have been moved to the top of the window with a Language Tools button that allows them to be shown or hidden. The other filters have been moved to the search tools.

Sorting elements.
- A new filter has been incorporated to list the featured articles and thus be able to sort them.
- Clicking and dragging in the window to change the order of elements is now automatically propagated to all selected languages.
- A Quick Actions button has been added to the toolbar that displays a drop-down of actions. The only action available at the moment is to propagate the order of the source language elements to all the selected target languages. More actions will be incorporated in the next releases.

These new functions allow you to perform the ordering of elements (Featured Articles, Menu Items, Modules, ...) only once on the elements of the source language and that same ordering will be immediately available in all target languages.

Multiple filters.
- Multiple filters have been incorporated in the Translation Management Dashboard instead of simple filters for Articles (Category filters, Access, Author, Tags), for Banners (Category filter), for Categories (Access filter) and for Contacts ( Category, Access and Tags filters).

Create multiple translations from the inconsistency table link.
- When an element is edited in a target language and there is no translation of some parameter from the source element to that target language, an inconsistency is obtained with the description 'No translation found' and a link in the Actions column that leads to the editing screen to create the missing translation in that language. From this release, using this link you will get the editing screen with empty forms for all languages for which the translation is missing. This way, you can create the translations into all the languages in which the translation is missing in one go.

New rule and special translation process.
- A new translation rule (R7) and a new translation process have been created that allows translating the 'title' attribute of the HTML tags
